The accuracy of a mail-in genetic test is dependent on information and material provided by the end user. Contamination with foreign DNA is always a risk in any genetic test. Household dust is a known source of DNA contamination and may contain the DNA of individuals who were present only briefly or present months in the past. If evidence of multiple individuals is found in a DNA sample submitted by the end user, Genesis Biolabs Inc. will request an additional sample, and may request that the end user pay additional shipping and handling fees.

We do not operate, control, supply, endorse, warrant or guarantee any information, products, services, merchandise or material that is not clearly identified as information, products, services, merchandise or material supplied by us.

We, and our content providers, cannot and do not guarantee or warrant against errors, omissions, delays, interruptions or losses, including loss of data. Users of this site are responsible for maintaining a means external to GenesisBiolabs.com for the reconstruction of any lost data.

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this site, or any part thereof, with or without notice.

Users' agreement
